About Resort
Padaloto ski resort is situated on area of 5 600 sq.m., where on a total build-up area of 7 188 sq.m. four separate edifices could be found. They consist of two-bedroom apartments, from 50 sq.m. to 65 sq.m. - premises can be connected and Three-bedroom apartments - each on 120 sq.m. The resort has ground parking lot and underground garages also the resort is fenced and accommodated with a checkpoint and around the clock security guard. There will be full-year maintenance for the communal parts of the buildings and the yard. Additional services will be: apartments cleaning, laundry, ironing, flowers care, airing, mail picking and posting.

Area Features
The resort is designed in the traditions of the Bulgarian style. The buildings have monolithic, armored concrete construction. The exterior walls and interior partitions are made of ceramic bricks. The roof is sloped and tiled, accommodated with the requirable insulation. The facades are treated with integrated thermal insulation system and also have a coating of internal structural plaster. The lobby is stone-coated and the project provides for wooden parapets and ornamental facades. There is an elevator available in each edifice. The front yard has small stone-coated supporting walls, stone floor coverings and garden design according to a special project. A new decorative bed is constructed for a naturally flowing small river. Restaurant- designed according to the traditions of the Bulgarian style, with a fireplace and summer garden looking towards the water surface. There is a room service available. SPA centre- fitness, sauna, steam bath, relaxation hall, massage hall, halls for different water procedures and the necessary service premises.
